I hope you find peace and purpose in your next phase in life post-divorce.. I’d argue major events like that are irrecoverable, but we manage them in our different ways.. sometimes we compartmentalize, or fragment, or ignore, or maybe dwell on them..

LOVE Quilt Making and am focusing on several "UFOs" this year - so many started and unfinished quilts .... and recruiting 'learners' and helpers :)
Ahhh recipes - having a hard time giving up on keeping my Recipe File of FAVS up to date and may have to succumb to the online world! Amazing to see so MANY young cooks, have their own websites; proclaimed expertises in various culinary endeavors. HOWEVER - yes, Ive recently been trying to revive my sourdough making skills of back in the 70s... and SUCCCESS yesterday, to be sure for a Foccacia, made from the 'leftover sourdough' poured out, when you revive your starter! SOOO good! (topped with rosemary, chives, garlic, and coarse sea salt - olives on 1/2)
